The All—Russian public organization
“Triathlon Federation of Russia”, hereinafter
referred to as “FTR”, is a membership-based
public organization created with the aim of popularizing and developing triathlon among
various groups of citizens of the Russian
Federation, uniting on a voluntary basis legal
entities – public associations carrying out their
activities in the field of triathlon, as well as
athletes, coaches, amateurs, triathlon veterans
and individuals who recognize this charter and
take an active part on a voluntary basis in all
areas of the FTR activities.

IRONSTAR unites professionals and fans of
cyclical sports. As part of the competition, individual and team races, starts for children and people with disabilities are held. The goal of IRONSTAR is to create an effective model for the development of amateur sports, in which the State, regional and municipal authorities, public organizations, sports clubs can work together, improve the quality of events and create a positive economic effect in the venues of competitions.
